Cavs might get killed tonight the way philly offense is rolling. No reason embiid shouldn't drop 35 and 20 on them. They will have no choice but to double and leave shooters open.

Brian Scalabrine and Frank Isola on "The Starters" this morning on SiriusXM NBA Radio were talking about how Rich Paul, LeBron and Ben Simmons all have this relationship such that it could be possible that LeBron would want to play in Philadelphia with all that young talent. The idea is that, not only do they have the room to sign him for about $35M per, but they additionally have another $20M to sign another superstar to go with a core of Embiid, Simmons, Covington, Redikk and Holmes.
If you can add a LeBron and another $20M player, that team is suddenly unbelievably dangerous.
But the basic premise is that Philadelphia would even be a free agent destination for him. Two years ago that never would have been the case, now it really seems pretty plausible. Not saying it's going to happen, just saying there's plausibility to it.
