It was just an example breh:gucci:. I pretty much meant to say that we're moving towards smart factories, smart manufacturing plants, and smart cities.
Lose your privacy for convenience, brehs.

I understand that's where we're going but I am fearful of this new future.

To put it into perspective, within the next 5 years cities will start to connect devices together via 5g. This is known as ioT. For example your fridge will be able to talk with other appliances in your home via an ioT platform. Now imagine this on a larger scale.
At the same time, these devices will send data to ioT platforms for analytics. The ioT platforms will use advanced AI to analyze that data.

Can an employee only benefit from this if their field is IT/tech? Lets say an electrician for example, is there ways for him to eat?

If you work with embedded systems then yes. In the next 5 years you're going to see a lot of devices connected together via 5g. These devices will be able to communicate with each other via an ioT platform (google ioT platform, IBM ioT platform, Thingworx ioT etc.). The sensors on the devices will collect data about the device and its surroundings/state. Data analytics software will be used to anaylze that data for various uses.

Pretty much the people that will make the most $$$ will be: ioT developers, Artificial Intelligence professionals, Data Scientists, Cloud/Edge computing people, and people involved with the 5g wiring.

I'm not sure if electricians are involved with the deployment of 5g:yeshrug:

you need disposable income to invest. Black people have no wealth.

You can start with small amounts and slowly build your wealth. Just have to be consistent. I bought around 20 shares of PLUG for $500, and now it is up 40% from when I got it. Even if you don't have the money right now you should still try and learn to invest.

Horseshyt. I’m sitting in one of those gaming centers i.e. gambling places, a homey owns, as we speak and black folks are throwing away thousands of dollars on a hope and dream. I tell these same people to invest in the market and they call that gambling while playing fukking slots. That’s the worst game of chance to play with the shyttiest odds.

What they waste in two or three months, I can make anywhere from $500 to $800 in 2DTE iron condors with SPX @90+ probability of profit three times a week. Take half of the collected premium and invest in index for the long term DCAing (dollar cost averaging).

Hell, if you drink and/or smoke, you have plenty of money to invest. The problem isn’t lack of money, it’s fukked up priorities.
