President Bush ranked worst among modern presidents — and the fifth worst in history, according to the poll by the Siena Research Institute. Ranking first? President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, who led the country from 1933 until his death in 1945.

All of the first seven presidents of the United States except John Adams and John Quincy Adams owned slaves

and all of the framers in Philadelphia drafted and approved a pro slavery constitution.

There is no doubt that pro slavery presidents such as Thomas Jefferson and George Washington are in the list of Top 10 presidents.

Andrew Jackson for all the bad, did do some good things such as keeping the union together. You should read on the nullification crisis. That was going to be the first Civil War.
