Silkk wasn't no lyrical dude............but The Shocker, Tru 2 Da Game, and Charge it to Da Game he had some bangers. Everybody was fukin wit the Tank though. They tell u they wasn't, they lyin
its corny how it has become trendy on the internet to diss silkk.
i mean, i look at this bul, and he has boosie in his avi. im a boosie fan, but it doesnt make sense to be a boosie fan and diss silkk. they have similar styles, but boosie has a lesser skillset and his music isnt as good as silkk's either. yet, youre dissing silkk. makes no sense.

Boosie is legendary status in the south by himself, Silkk was a product Master P's genius..he had great beats and ghostwritten hooks not to mention d-level nikkas like Skull Duggery were going gold back then just for being on No Limit. Boosie is 1000x the rapper Silkk ever was and his catalog shyts on anything Silkk has ever done, you can't be serious right now.

I was listenin to Silkk in NL's heyday because when I was younger I lived and breathed everything they put out and even then I knew Silkk wasn't a good rapper but CITDG was laced with some of the hardest BBTP production so it wasn't a bad album. There is no kool-aid to sip, that nikka couldn't rap at all and there's no evidence to show that he could but there are entire videos on youtube dedicated to his wack bars.
As for that b-teamer comment, Boosie is looked at in a higher regard than any artist No Limit ever had aside from Slim so I'm not sure about that.
