Silk Road has died like three times over now...it was a good thing once before dude got caught. There are others, just go on redddit and search for DarkNetMarkets.

There's a decent list there...Agora has been MIA for a few months now and Abraxas is now MIA as well. I been fukking with Alphabay and Nucleus for the moment.

Use a VPN + TOR + Tails

Herb/Wax/Crumble/Edibles

I've also gotten some molly and pills for friends. I only fukk with herb tho. The best vendors shyt comes in vacuumed sealed scent proof bags so security has never been an issue. Wax and crumble also come in secure packaging. That other shyt went directly to the people who wanted it so I never saw how it came and always considered it high risk. I know some people who order coke off there. THAT, to me is high risk shyt. Even if the prices are agreeable...

Another of these was taken down about 6 weeks ago, dude was living in Thailand like some czar out of "Apocalypse Now", he hanged himself in his cell, before he could be extradited, where he'd get that 20 year sentence, assumedly. He was 25, I think.

@ExodusNirvana, this was AlphaBay.

I fukked with Alpha once or twice...

I miss the good old days...Silk Road really was some next level shyt when it was first up

I remember the first time looking at all the shyt I could possibly buy on there...one of my boys made a couple of G's on that shyt because the price for pounds of decent bud was so good that if you broke it down to NYC prices you were making like 300% profit on it.

Like I said before...the darknet is essentially a hydra. Cut off one head, two more will form, and they will learn from the mistakes of others.

Ulbricht only got caught cause he was sloppy IMO. There are markets that have come and gone already and when dudes felt the heat they were like "fukk it I made a couple mil that the gov't and the feds can't trace, I'm out".

Think about the price of Bitcoin when this thread was made...you know how many cats already ate and put the rest in the fridge to reheat later when they're hungry?

When I first tried SR in early 2012, I bought around 25 bitcoins for $140. Btc were less than $5. Those 25 bitcoins would've been a little better than the 1/2 O of weed, but I had no way of knowing.

I havent ordered anything in a couple years. This new administrations stance on drugs and the short times these new sites are around scares me.

I read the book about this by Nick Bilton and I don't feel bad for the sentence Ulbricht got. He created a libertarian fantasy land that unsurprisingly got out of hand and so did his ego.

Went from a site to sell drugs to selling guns, poisons and human organs. Not to mention he started putting hits out on people. Doesn't matter if the murders were actually committed (five are unaccounted for from my understanding and one was staged), the intent was clear.

Somehow this guy has become a cult hero for libertarians to rally around. What a great belief system. "Let me do whatever I want without consequence and if it affects other people, so what and if I get caught, let me make excuses for my actions."

@88m3 did you read the book?

That book was incredible, I loved what the judge told him at sentencing. "I have never heard a defendant from the Bronx say he was trying to make the world a better place, it is arrogant, it is privileged", that truly disgusted her, as it does me.

Crime and ideology, at great extremes on the latter, don't mix.
