Is there any clues and collectibles in the sanctuary cause I don't find it any, been searching all over the place?

Got a key already but it seems it's the only key I got

ya there’s a newspaper clipping when you walk in and the receptionist talks to you…it’s on one of the tables in the waiting lounge where the other woman is sitting…also in the room right before you face yang there’s like an olive branch or some shyt…and the absolute last clue you get when you go for the true ending and beat yang w/o killing him…I think that’s it

actually there are one or 2 more items that you have to just walk up to and observe as well…one is a weird wooden piece…it’s like a circle on a platform

Sanctuary last one you have to spare all the previous bosses then the prompt before Yang's room will actually do something.
The club the last one I missed was walking through the room where all the people are training and talking to the guy at the door before the trials.
Squats maybe using Fajar's room key in the room before you fight him?

Doing some light runs waiting on Elden Ring. First time since I beat it and the patching. Goddamn they made the club easy af I thought I would need some warmup but I didn’t catch an L the whole run until Sean, and he only killed me twice. Ran it back once and I’m already 20

The Club one must be the box key in the flaming area.

I missed the newspaper piece on the table on the left of the first entrance where the receptionist asks you a question.
