ok I’m 68 and beat his first part…deja vu at this interlude lol

whether I win or lose here, I can definitely take him if I make it to this level between 30-35

he basically fights the same as you which makes sense given he’s your teacher

hopefully he doesn’t use any gimmicks in round 2

you can dodge her weapon throw…the real damage is done to her when she rushes in and you parry her attacks and get your shyt off

Dodge her kunai like how you dodge anything else (i feel like catching them is too unpredictable for me) and wait until she’s about to dash, or glowing and dodge up before she starts to move. You can easily stagger her after that. Use your focus attacks as often as possible cause she’s fast as hell.

When she does her little combo wait until she does her big drop kick before you counter it. That should also stagger her eventually. Her 2nd form is easy as long as you just play defensively. She’s only has like 3 moves and she telegraphs them all early

Fought Yang for the first time. Got to his 2nd form. Fighting him looked straight up like the most kung fu-iest of chop socky flicks.

OT but I’m going thru all the levels to see if I missed any secret rooms areas…I’m still missing items in level 2-4…and I made it to yang so I feel like I should have everything…I didn’t explore the level 5 shortcut tho so maybe there’s some stuff there…wanna wrap this game up this weekend
