i dont understand HOW brehs can favor xbox's design over Ps3. my xbox controllers won't correctly hold the packs in place. new controller went from having no issues to the battery pack dislodging from NORMAL use. add that to the packs i had in the past that stopped holding charges for no apparent reason. The only reason i lost a ps3 controller is cuz a fat chick sat on it :snoop:

Multiple controllers

One charges while one plays

Quicker than swapping batteries, stay wireless :troll:

I gotta stand up and walk 20ft to get to my ps3 to unplug the charging controller

I keep my battery charger at arms reach for uninterrupted mountain dew marathon sessions :troll:

So nobody has ever changed the batteries in a ps3 controller? Its pretty simple and id rather have to open up the controller every 3 years than change batteries a couple times a week

I've only had 1 controller battery die on me and that's because my brother put it in the dirty clothes basket one time and my pops washed it

:scusthov:

I have taken a PS3 controller a part though... I was trying to unstick a shoulder button, and it wasn't all that simple. Swapping batteries is prolly different though.

Well taking the controller apart is the hard part, the actual battery just unplugs and plugs.

Takes about 15-20 minutes but its not like the battery dies all the time
