Sim city is like the sims you'll start playing it like 9 am on a Saturday next time you look outside its 5pm you eat go back next time you look at the clock it's 12am

i played both games a lot back in the day, still dabble with civ when im bored to pass time, or during a big game, ill have the game on the tv and civ on the cpu...i liked age of empires more but i dont have a version compatible for my mac so i settled with civ

it's not as involved as the pc games, but that can be a good thing. i aint really trying to play a game for 5+ hours

Back in the day I played those a lot... You probably couldn't pay me to play either those games anymore.

THE ONLY turn based strategy game I'd even consider playing would be R.O.T.K pt12.

its been a minute but go to game faqs and check out a strategy guide.

civ 5 tried but its not quite the same.

if you really want some addictive shyt try anno 1404 or age of empires 3

yo can anybody help me out for access to any of the sid meier's civilization games or even Sim City games. I'd prefer the latest versions...but i don't really care which one. I'm going on vacation this summer for 6 weeks which involves a LOT of commute and I'll need something to keep me busy during the commute

it has its fair share of issue, but there's something about strategy games, they got crazy replay value

Civ 4 is one of the best strategy games but there are other good ones too. Galactic civilizations 2, the rotk series, and paradox interactive games.
