The Pacers have almost everything a championship contender needs -- clear leader, strong 1-2 punch, amazing depth, good head coach, etc. -- sans consistently lock up defense.

As a poster in here said earlier, if they played just average defense (which is kind of hard to do with their offensive style), they could do real damage moving forward.
