WWE is the only company I know of that will have you come to work just to not work and when you want to work they say "Nah" and when you go public with that desire to work, they punish you for it. :mindblown:
The fear of someone going into business for themselves is etched into the thought process of handling talent.

There is also the licensing and trademark factor, which also stifles gimmicks by saddling them with a need for marketability.

WWE's corporate bureaucracy prevents them from cashing in on, and therefore utilising effectively, much of their talent.

i get what you are saying but once you are off WWE for the casual fan (which makes up most of the fanbase) you are as good as dead
and every Cody Rhodes there is a Ryback or Sandow

everyone aint guaranteed to shine on the indies

The problem with Ryback and Sandow is that they charge too much and also can't work the American indy workrate style. Cody isn't the greatest but he's decent at the indy style so he can leverage.

Emma's biggest problem is that ROH's women's division is just getting off the ground and Impact wants to use more Canadian talent so it's going to be hard for her to renew her visa without a permanent job.
