I don't take it that seriously. I follow fitness dudes and broads on IG. Broads mostly cuz

I know the majority of em are fake and not natty. That's the world we live in. I still respect a lot of these dudes cuz they still motivate people whether they're legit or not. I peep their workouts and ethic, but never take it to heart and try to strive to look like them. The deeper you get in this you know even the bigger dudes on ur gym are on something. Downside is like some of yall said, is that there are young kids looking up to these people and think that they are the real thing. Hopefully as they go deeper into this lifestyle, they get informed that there's more to it. The older you get, common sense has to kick in one way or the other.
