To be fair I didn't watch Banshee until last year but the first 3 season were crazy. Every episode someone got shot, punched, and fukked.

The OG one with John Walsh was cancelled back in 2011. They rebooted it last year with a new host.
I'm about to check this out on HBO Max right now.

It honestly was the show that started me watching TV again.
I went from watching that to everything TNT was showing in the middle of the night Franklin and Bash, Rizzoli and Isles, Falling Skies, Cold Case.... hell, wound up watching Charmed and rewatching Angel....

This one's cancellation was brutal, pretty much gave it one the most demonic endings I've seen for a show.
i found out recently that a movie called snow day was the planned ending for the series, but the characters aged out before they could film it, so they made it its own thing.
