I hated Shape Of Water but Del Toro would be great for Green Lantern.

His style works well for that.

Denis Villeneuve would love for him to handle Darkseid and Apokolips or Brainiac.

DC is moving in the right direction now. Nolan would almost certainly have a polar opposite vision, no thanks.

I wouldn't mind Nolan getting his hands on The Matrix though, considering he ripped it off for Inception.

Nolan should stay far away. He built them up and saw them descend into mediocrity like the slums of gotham. Even though he is the greatest artist of our generation, even he cant fix this shyt show.

They need a DC Movie Studio sub branch, to create a grand plan, and lay down continuity and ground rules.

That way off-kilter choices (be it script, plot, casting) can be neutralized ahead of time and avoid sabotaging the big picture
