This article has some good points, especially about the offensive rebounding, I said the same thing in the season thread

but to bring up the rookies he didnt manage well is to ignore the ones he did, Rondo, Kendrick Perkins (got him that contract LOL @ OKC), Tony Allen, Avery Bradley, Jared Sullinger, and Big Baby was doing well before he was traded, Brandon Bass was just doing better


and to say he is not moving past the big 3 era is bullshyt. What he was doing this year was to get the team to win now, but at the same time he has made moves to progress the new era. Rondo was given the team, Ray Allen got benched before he left,, Avery got to start, Sullinger got to start recently. Dude is doing what he can. Its not time to throw him in the bushes. The team got to play better. Dudes have been half assing it, its not on him yet.

He'll probably resign before they fire him. But if they are going to go in full rebuilding mode than it probably is time for Doc to leave anyway. I think his best options are teams that are young and talented but need direction to take th next step or a veteran team that is already primed for a title run.
