IDK. In the court of public opinion if white people want to make him guilty there isn't much black people can do about that as we don't control the media. As far as the actual court proceedings he has enough money to hire capable lawyers to handle the situation properly. I think in light of his statements about poor blacks and the younger generations of blacks in general on top of his current situation he will definitely lose a lot of fans and supporters and his opinions will most certainly be met with a side eye by many.
