I've never played a Bethesda game

I want Skyrim but everyone says Fallout 3 and New Vegas are masterpiece's

Is it true?

How are the mechanic's and gameplay

Is the gunplay as fun and immersive as Red Dead?
Can I play it without guns?
How different is New Vegas?
Is it better than 3?

How are the RPG elements?
Is it a shallow and meaningless grind like Borderlands

I wanna lose myself in something new for 100+ hours

Fallout 4 was a terrible experience for me as an intro to the series. I hated the gameplay look and feel of it. Like a dated PC game..

It doesn't belong in console to me. I think I could have fukked around and made it fun on PC with some adjustments.

I'd say New Vegas if anything. Don't play Fallout 3.

Youre not going to like the gunplay in 3 or new Vegas but 4 improved that unfortunately the tradeoff was weaker rpg elements. I'd cop skyrim first

Skyrim is the best of Bethesda games.

But all the Fallouts were great too.

FO3 may feel a bit too dated as it;s almost 10 years old

I never finished Fallout 4

You don't get guns in Skyrim tho..

those games are built for mods

Faster XP, unhinged crafting, access to all the weapons and armor

Mann listen..its what brings me back everytime. Skyrim 210 mods, Fallout 4 114 mods.. weapons, armor, game mechanics, WEATHER EFFECTS etc. Got an ENB to make them look better too .
