I know a guy who works at AmFam and hes making good money, right now ive been going to golds for the past few years so I can get a cert through them, I was planning on getting it this spring, apply to probably Golds at willow lawn, AmFam or ACAC at the summer. I like the fact of helping people, if anyone has a goal to be healthier, or lose weight, I find fufillment in helping a person reach there.

Although, I am taking classes at a college for computer science and Real estate, and I'll probably get my cert for that in Sept 2014 and get an AS in computer in Aug 2015,

Which would you choose in this position.

Sell real estate to your personal training clients *BOOM*

"those forearms are coming along nicely. what you gonna lift with that? you gonna lift a baby carriage into an apartment building elevator? you gonna put whey protein cans back into cupboards in your cramped studio apartment? nah breh. you wanna lift your wifey into the swimming pool. Lift shovels of soil out of your beautiful backyard garden. you need a home upgrade. Say, there's this beautiful place, great value..."

you never heard of brokers?

broker's sell other people's or the banks real estate for commission
best way to get rich in real estate is to buy property and sell it

I can get houses in detroit right now for 4 stacks, so I always have some on deck, I don't even fix him
I just tax someone 2 stacks what I paid and keep it moving

The answer is obviously real estate. There's no demand for personal trainers and no money in that profession either. Real estate on the other hand teaches sales skill, which is useful on its own. Real estate is tethered to the housing market, one of the most lucrative markets in the world. A good real estate agent rakes in money. Don't jot down "personal trainer" as a realistic career but it isn't.
