Regular weight lifting is annoying as fukk. Muscle progress is slow, and I don't feel strong with it.

I can cut just fine, but bulking never works for me :francis:


I read doing calisthenics everyday is helpful with this stuff. What do yall think?

I wanna get a v taper (broad shoulders, lats)

At low body fat I technically I have one, but it doesn't show through my clothing and my posture needs to be perfect

shyt if I even get off my diet for a few days, it don't even show :francis:

Don’t do it everyday unless you know you can sustain it.

You can for sure burn yourself out and suffer from chronic fatigue if you go hard everyday.

If you don’t know to build muscle in the first place what you think switching to body weight only training going to do for you. You gotta eat breh and rest.

2) Most of the coli is absolutely clueless when it comes to training. This thread should be in The Gym but the outcome will likely be the same. Case in point, it's some non-aesthetic weak fukks in here chiming in like they're about that life.

3) Most of these calis brehs are not that strong outside of isometric strength, and while some are ripped, most are on DYEL status, especially with a shirt on.

4) I'd ask you to post your weightlifting routine, but if lifting is boring and it's not getting you closer to your goals, there's really no point in continuing. Either way, you're either not lifting right and/or not eating enough if this has been your results.


Might as well switch to only calis, clear out of the way for real lifters, continue to spin your wheels and still not put on any size. :francis:

Everyday not sure but should it be a part of your programming of course. Pulls up, chin ups, squats, lunges, push up variations, core work etc.

I'm in my 40s, weigh 180 and can probably do 15 grown man Pull-Ups. 10 miles of cardio every other day.

Do something. Don't waste your youth on Larry.

I gave mine to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and been leaving the house daily through the entire pandemic to be around sick folks without so much as the Sniffles

Praise God.
