He needs to return as Heymans new client for SD, so you have a monster on represented by Paul on each brand.
Later in the year, Brock gets drafted or traded to SD and wins the WWE belt. Even though Brocks the champ, he start to complain to Paul about him showing favoritism to his new client, which Heyman reassures that he’s being equal to both stars.
Heyman then attempts to make them a tag team, and gets them a shot at the tag belts, which they win and they quickly become dysfunctional. They almost lose the belt in their first couple of defenses, and in their third defense Lesnar F5’s Lashley and they lose the tag belts.
Lashley is now pissed, while Heyman is attempting to make one another cool again. Lesnar tells Paul to choose a side, which he declines to choose. Brock takes out Lashley again, which prompts the SD GM to make Lesnar face Lashley for the WWE championship as well as Paul Heyman as their manager.
Let’s say that this is Mania, and after a brawling strong style match with both wrestlers showing their mma prowess, Lashley wins with the help of Paul Heyman, who after a red bump, “accidentally” hits Lesnar with a chair multiple times and wakes the ref up after Lashley hits the spear and Dominator for the pin.
You’ll have the first black WWE champ, a huge heel in lashley, and a potential face turn for lesnar.
Timeline - April: Lasey and Lesnar debut on SD at the superstar shakeup
August: Lesnar beats Nakamura at Summerslam for the WWE belt
October: Lesnar and Lashley win tag belts
January: Lesnar turns on Lashley at Royal Rumble, thus losing the belts to Authors of Pain
February: Lashley gets taken out by lesnar right before his elimination chamber match for the belt. Lesnar retains. 2 smackdowns later, Lashley wins a #1 contenders gauntlet to face Lesnar at Mania. SD GM adds in the Paul Heyman stipulation
March: Lashley beats Lesnar
TL;DR - Lashley becomes the first black WWE champ at next years Mania by beating Lesnar for the belt with the help of Heyman, who turns his back on lesnar, which turns him and Lashley into a heel/bigger heel and creates a potential face turn for Lesnar. The details of how this would happen are in the spoiler
