Someone correct me if I'm wrong because I'm older and don't know any better, but shouldn't the quality of an album be more important than first and 2nd week streaming numbers? I don't know how this music thing works with fans today in this era.. I'm just asking..

It's a decent album and alot of people checked it out to see what Drake had to say in the aftermath of the beef.

The issue is the album is boring "Views" Drake when he needed a "IYRTITL" type album. There's a reason the hardest song on the album is the only song being talked about.

Drake needs to just do an album focused on rapping. He doesn’t do that enough and he should pay to get the best writers he can.

Having a really good genuine rap album would get people talking and recover something for his brand. It’s the opposite of what people would expect and yet the exact thing that would get most traction. After that go back to the mixed bag as that’s what pays him financially, in the long term, but I feel the rap album would be the move right now.

Definitely, but numbers has always been the one thing that Drake fans held unto, so fans are clowning them now that Drake has been underperforming

Nobody cares about numbers, but Drake fans have always said shyt like it was the only important criteria, so he's now getting clowned everywhere :dead:

shyt is important to him, after the flop he's now selling physicals for the first time in 7 years, for half the price, and asking people on social media to play or engage to his music for money...
