Should College postpone other majors that aren't Pre med, Accounting, Engineering?

My college is contemplating the implementation of differential tuition. This could cause a 40% increase for specific majors and programs such as engineering and business. I'm just glad I'll be done before something like this passes.

I dunno if they should do all that. I do think that money is an issue for college majors. I don't think it should be. I think that many of the other programs are important as well, but students are less likely to get a good return on their investment.

I think that there is also a high number of students who do not want to get involved in those majors, or will wind up dropping out of those majors, and bam, they just wasted 20-80 g's just to not finish college, when they could have been working.

I'm gonna assume that you're also includind pre-law in that as well, since they be caking as well.
