This may sound wrong, but I came up with this idea. Now, I'm not for colonizing it further (PR). However, if we worked out a deal with the citizens there, then it could benefit us and Puerto Rico. Yes, we are deep in the South. However, we could invest (Black dollar aka group economics) and create jobs for lots of minorities there. White folks have already began a head start there investing. Hell, the Chinese are investing in Nigeria and certain parts of the African continent. I know Liberia was an experiment (CIA infiltration and corruption). Anyway, if we got a hold of Puerto-Rico (U.S. territory), then we could make it flourish. If together as AA's, then we could flourish. We are just that DAMN good. Island Ricans are moving to Florida and will soon replace the Cuban population there as the majority. Also, more Nuyoricans are moving to the midwest.

So, what do you think? Should AA's do it?
