The bigger issue is that this offense doesn’t work anymore. It’s not 2015. The league caught up. They’ve been turning it over all series. On some days, it’ll look good, on other, god awful. It’s based on making tough reads and feeling out the game. Nothing concrete. All nebulous.
I think the turnovers have just been stupid decisions, sloppy ball control and Memphis just playing good D

It’s been like that for 8 years. This isn’t the first team to try ball movement. We get high assists, but also high turnovers. Look at the Spurs, and Suns for example. High assists, but manage to keep the turnovers at a minimum. No matter who plays on the Spurs, Pop always moves the ball and keeps the turnovers near the lowest in the league.

on the warriors, no matter who plays, we ALWAYS turn the ball over. Difference is, we were good enough to make up for it in the past. Now the league has definitely scouted our actions due to a lack of creativity and evolution in the offense, and now it looks terrible.

think of it like this: Steph is one of the best offensive players in the league. We ranked 17th in offense this season. SEVENTEENTH. That’s the issue. The offense has been getting worse for years.

True but Klay was out half the year and Draymond missed a big chunk of the season. So that could be a big part of the offensive rank. But we will see, if they end up getting to the finals and winning then the offense is fine. If they lose this series or the next then maybe you have point
