i had an incident like that one time, i was texting during the previews and some old lady behind me told me to turn off my phone, and i turned around and said 'i will, when the movie starts' and we were eying each other n shyt lol, then her husband or friend next to her said, 'we appreciate your cooperation' and i said 'sure no problem', but it was kinda tense for a second lol

He didn't shoot the guy over words, though. Even though he would have been within his legal right, this tattooed 43 year old lame was looking for problems and even threw popcorn at him. All of this is acts of aggression.

Either repeal the law or apply it without bias. Reeves was justified under Florida law. I don't see why he got arrested, I'm losing the little faith I have in the legal system.
