Just saw one panel from the next chapter floating around. It's looking like it's gonna be crazy. 
Eren is the only one Attack Titan who had the coordinate and access to royal blood. The Attack Titan lets them VIEW the past/future memories, not change it. The coordinate/royal blood is what allows him to alter memories and actions (as future memories) when he uses the Attack Titans's precog/clairvoyance ability. Eren can do these things because of how he stacked his abilities. Its why he needed Zeke and manipulated Zeke to bring him to this exact moment with Ymir.

We were all made to believe that the Founding Titan was something that only the royal bloods can use, only to be trumped by the fact that Ymir, the original titan was not even a royal blood. And this is why Eren was the only one who resonates with her.

People been saying that Isyama been having so much involvement with WIT in terms of the anime. So he was out here dropping hints the entire time. Even the ending song for season 3 part 1 with Historia dropping in the water and the blood falling on the plants some were saying the parallels were deep there with Ymir and this chapter.
Isayama done knocked it out of the park. Damn. So that's where the titan power came from
