If you've been told not to do it, had citations and fines not to do it, been in court and told not to do it, and you still do it....what else can be done?
She had options. She could've picked up any stray cat and dropped them off at an animal shelter. It's up to the shelter to rehabilitate and clean the animals and adopt them out or put them down. I understand you'd rather not assist in having them put down. If she feels like her jail time is worth it then let her do her time.

I hate to agree with you and I want to have some sympathy but these old ladies be ruining your property value doing this stuff. My sister neighborhood is overrun by ducks cause her neighbor keeps feeding them. They hate her guts. Why not go live on a farm?Good send her ass to jail, she a menace to society.
