Responding to myself here but as a man, benching 3 plates and dead lifting 5 plates is some of the most self gratifying things you can do. There's a tiny percentage of men that can do either, let alone women. Give this brehette her roses.

To be a powerlifter you HAVE to be overweight. Just cause its muscle dont mean its not overweight, everybody's body has a range of where they can have a healthy amount of weight.

This is true. My best bench press was like 225 for 6. My best deadlift was 405 for 2. She's definitely elite and not bad on the eyes either if I'm being honest.

You talk recklessly, but I get it. It's the internet so you have an artificial spine. But little man I guarantee you wouldn't last long if you and I stood on even ground face to face.

I used to powerlift and I still lift with powerlifters. This culture is not unfamiliar to me.

I have also taken courses on nutrition and disease.

Her weight is still unhealthy dispite her being a powerlifter. Many powerlifters have short life spans because of the effect on their heart and other organs. That weight is not sustainable and will eventually kill her if she doesn't lose some.
