And it would have remained a 3rd hand fantasy story if Sheamus didn't inadvertently give the story real credibility with his tweet.
You guys were running with the story before the Sheamus tweet though. But I get it I get it, Sheamus is hated so these third hand rumors are going to become true stories. But if Bryan was reported to have gotten the beats with such flimsy evidence.......

Except this thread was created the same day that Sheamus tweeted about the backstage incident. So, try again.
And if there was a story out their about Bryan getting beat down backstage, folks would be ripping into Bryan.
Wrong and wrong. The thread was created first, the tweet came after that. By that time everyone was running with the narrative that Sheamus got beat up.
And no one would rip into Bryan. Everyone would rip into the credibility of the sheets.

The fight. The report. The thread. The tweet. In that order. If the fight didn't occur, Sheamus shouldn't have tweeting anything about it. Like it was stated before, Sheamus gave that report credibility.
Plenty of folks would have ripped into Bryan. Anybody who gets caught having a backstage fights and get their ass beat in the process would've gotten ripped into.
But, we get it, Sheamus is your boy.

HBGOAT and Eddie Guerrero are two of my all time favorites...but I'm not gonna act like they both didn't take L's in their respective backstage fights w/ Bret Hart and Kurt Angle.
The fukkery that ensued during the fight, im sure it was like that game Mousetrap, and one of sin caras fukk ups set off a chain reaction that led to a medicine ball falling on Sheam's head causing a knockout
