I'm fine with the relatively low stakes, though the intelligencia has some pretty big implications. Another thing I hear complained about or even joked on is about how Marvel nerds accept every movie, every villian is putting heros and humanity in a world ending situation, it's unsustainable to come off of Endgame and keep up that level of tension/danger, it needs to be built back up again an I can see it coming together.

Marvel definitely needs to put more focus on street level shyt, but this show isn't that either. I'm fine with the low stakes as well, but I can see MCU heads skipping out because fighting Titania at a wedding party isn't going to have grander implications to the rest of the MCU.

Which is sad because it’s legit one of their best shows and doesn’t feel like a big movie that got cut up or 8 episodes

But the individual episodes aren’t something to chew on is the problem. There’s too much tv now for light breezy except as a binge.

I’m glad it’s not a mystery like WandaVision which feeds into the other negative aspect of YouTube-Marvel fandom that makes everything a puzzle box to be solved.

But when they name check Ally McBeal, i assume they understood what made that David E Kelly era popular was the wack cases/characters that mixed in real human emotion.

They got the wacky cases part but the emotional part is missing. Like it’s hard to describe her paralegal friend‘s personality without using the same words you use to describe a dog.

She-Hulk is tailor made for the binge format, especially with such a low episode count.

Giving the same people that made WV a cultural phenomenon a whole week to sit with a 20 minute episode of She-Hulk is not ideal lol. Not that I want them to change the format or all or make it so that there are never more binge worthy shows, but this shyt is kinda out there on an island as in actually feeling like a TV show instead of a segmented movie. If this had been playing along side Ms. Marvel in the same week it might be a different experience.

I would love to get at least 2 episodes of something every week from Marvel.

Might be my favorite episode so far. starting to think Blonsky is full of shyt and in on the plot to get her blood.

Was also hoping for another post credits scene, gotta have them on the next two eps.
