the MCU can't call anything "the hulk" as they don't fully own his rights.
so they do stuff like this (and ragnarok) to also have a hulk vehicle in everything but name only.

Well damn….but still, I would think it’s only a matter of time. Things should be wrapped up quite nicely before Avengers: Secret Wars. They have at least the next two years to solve this issue
