the year it was released was a lackluster year overall.

as even solja boi's mixtape in that lackluster year was one of the few good quality releases.

i think marco polo was a hit that year.

to put it in proper perspective.

how down of a year it was.

plus that was when gucci made his strides out of the low quality that year and resulted in his notice.

only records i can replay out of his whole discography is:

foolish

the rest was just there.

would not call it a classic at all.

plus, i'm da man should have been like a bonus on the record.

it was a good guilty pleasure acquired taste release at best.

juat like rock o and the second yung joc cd were guilty pleasure at beat releases.

2008 was a great year. Look at all those albums from "heavyweights" and Shawty Lo came thru and dropped a bomb breh.

While I knew T.I. would ultimately reign supreme during this beef due to him simply being more talented than L-O, L-O had that nikka backpedaling like a motherfukka on the defensive front. The Whole Bankhead/Bowen Homes was ridin' wit L-O during this time, although T.I. had the overall support from Atlanta. If L-O was more talented and marketable, this could have been a major "L" for T.I., not career-ending but a set-back nonetheless.

I knew i signed up for a reason, atleast somebody could recognize that LO was doing his thing. Best version of DUN DUN i've heard better yet one of my favorite southern mixtapes period.

Good album but classic it is not. Too many filler/lackluster tracks for that to be so. 'Dunn Dunn' is top 15 trap songs in the last decade tho.
