This is why I am a fan of Timothy though. The man is willing to fight ANYBODY. He was even talking about going to 160 and getting at cotto,canelo and GGG. He is a scrapper and I respect that. I dont know if its the smartest career path, but he is a warrior through and through.
No scary in BATB blood.
Tim will get touched a bit but ultimately beats porter by a healthy margin. He's going to have porter gassed by the 8th

@Newzz You heard about this:

Sources close to the situation have confirmed that a June 20 clash between three-division former world champion Adrien Broner and former welterweight champion Shawn Porter is nearly finalized. It's unclear if the bout will take place at the welterweight limit of 147 pounds, as there are conflicting reports that the fighters may have agreed to a 144-pound catchweight, but nevertheless, we're told that the fight is definitely a go.

Broner is coming off of a dominant unanimous decision victory over John Molina this past March. It was his third fight as a 140-pounder since moving back down in weight after losing his 147-pound title to Marcos Maidana. Porter is also coming off of a victory this past March, scoring a 5th round knockout of late replacement Erick Bone. Although details are still being worked out, our understanding is that the June 20 PBC card will likely take place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, though a battle between the Ohio natives might be better suited for Broner's hometown of Cincinnati.

Same here, he's in that Canelo category where i'm not a stan but I will always support his ppv fights etc because they have that old school fighter mentality. In the age of these "lemme ask my promoter first" ass nikkas you gotta respect it.

could this fight be similar to maidana/broner, since porter is a swarming kinda fighter, as well? they're about the same height, and have the same reach, as well.

would be an interesting fight, no doubt.
