Joint ended abruptly, especially after talking about the shyt that Haitian Jack allegedly said about the shooting. Also the part about him not hanging out with Pac the night he caught that rape charge is crazy. Pretty good interview overall

Yeah that made no sense. Every time it seemed like he was going to get into some real interesting topics Combat would switch topics. I forgot what it was but earlier too, he was about to get into some street shyt and then Combat said "Let's go back to the Church stuff" like who gives a fukk? That Church stuff isn't interesting at all. We wanted to hear him discuss real shyt. The interruptions really hurt what could've been a all-time interview. This was still a good interview but I gotta agree with you... Lil Shawn was about to talk about the last conversation he had with Big at Daddy's House before he passed so I'm glued to my speakers like
thinking "there's no way Combat's gonna interrupt this shyt" then out of nowhere Combat cuts dude off and goes into a completely different topic..... bruh 
... He finished the story a few minutes later but I'm like cmon fam you've interviewed enough cats to know when the guest is that deep into a story you wait till they finish don't just cut them off like that

Big was close enough to pac to be included in the Thug Life group. (I don't know where i originally read this from but Big was indeed supposed to be in the group, I think it may have been Mopreme or someone who said it, dunno)
Big got his own thang and decided to go his own route tho, but if Big never blew up or Puff dropped him he'd be a member of Thug Life. Biggie was reppin Thug Life like it was Junior Mafia back then

also, the 6 degrees of separation sh1t is crazy, Stretch (whose pictured above) was real close to Nas and produced tracks on It Was Written, Imagine if he had of gotten Nas, Big and Pac on a song together back in like 94
just listened to represent on the way in to work and nas shouts out sean penn. done recited it a million times and never put it together that was lil sean.
anyway, i got the feeling during the interruptions that jack was tryna keep some shyt low and not delve too deep. sean is out of hiphop, jack's whole podcast lends heavily to it.

Listened to this yesterday. Shawn is definitely a shady cat and knows more than he's letting on about the Quad incident. His reaction to the Haitian Jack story said it all.
Pac was a loudmouth who didn't move with the appropriate discretion when he was in NY at that time. That's at least part of what got him shot up. He was already a star when he met Big, and Big was just some dude trying to make it. Meanwhile he was trying to impress these REAL gangsters. Talking reckless and getting Big robbed isn't a respectable thing but it doesn't surprise me that it happened given who the players are in that story.
Imagine if Pac just fell in line and signed with Bad Boy. That probably would have been the best thing for everyone involved in hindsight.
