Maybe not in Phil Jackson's book but it was said that he punched Kobe in a practice in their second year together. Maybe not Phil's book because i might have hapenned under Del Harris's regime. But I clearly remember there was a coach on the Lakers staff describing the incident. Talking about how Shaq was under so much pressure to win and when it didnt happen immediately in LA he went ape on teammates and became violent.
