As a former Marylander, I can tell you Baltimore has ALWAYS been the shyt stain on Maryland's drawls. PG, Montgomery, Howard & Charles county have always been for progressive black folks and BMORE has always been "The Wire" since I can remember.

Pre Internet my dad only took me to B More to watch Cal Ripken play (The Nationals were still in Montreal) and to buy new suits. I only assume suits were cheaper in Baltimore cuz of the amount of people who have to go to court.
