They MO is I want it fukk what you heard and if there is any road block preventing them from getting it they will just spend the money to have the road block removed.
I remember this rich dude moved into my neighborhood when I was a teenager and my dad got to know him where they would talk from time to time (they would see each other when they walked their dogs).
The rich dude tells my dad that he is having his home torn down to build a bigger one. The dude then tells my dad that the size of the house is too big. So he says to the contractors no issue I will just buy the two houses next to me. The owners of the two homes next to him didn't want to sell so he tells my dad fukk it I will just double my offer cause they were upholding getting my house built.
He buys the folks two houses and has the homes torn down. He then builds his mega house that is worth like 3 mill at the time (I think the last time I checked this house is now worth over 10 million now).
