You should literally be able to square up against any cop and just get arrested, the fact that many unarmed people are murdered and especially black males by just being unruly is a problem with the system. I think a major problem is that being a cop is a shytty job, its fairly low paying job where the main benefit is that you get power over regular people. Not many college graduates would ever become cops because only a sociopath or some sort of real justice seeking person would have those credentials and want to be a cop. More investment into communities including the police forces could get you more people with the proper training wanting to be police. You have a high stress job, with low pay, and its infiltrated with racists wishing black people would just give them a reason to shoot us. This is amplified in poor areas where most of these shootings seem to happen

And he had the gall to bring up black on black crime, the deflection technique that's so old, rickety and worn, it's about to fall completely off the rails. Gangbangers aren't sworn to serve and protect. Criminals aren't suppose to keep civilians safe. When you have government sanctioned organizations out here abusing power, authority, killing innocents with reckless abandon, being the very same evil they were sworn to protect the people from, it's a huge problem. Even more so when they're just given a slap on the wrist, or given leave to go take a trip to the Bahamas. Your average bloodthristy thug is caught and the book is rightfully thrown at them.
