Is black on black crime a problem? YES! It would be foolhardy to suggest its not. But white people have been murdering black people since BEFORE black on black crime was an issue. If ANY PERSON really thinks that tomorrow if all black people in the hood stopped harming one another and wore suits and ties then miraculously white people would treat us better, then that person is an idiot.
