If Jerry gave Fat Mike the ultimatum then I believe he wants to go down with the ship running his own offense and not having to keep Kellen in the mix.

But I also believe Mike is lazy as fukk and doesn't really want to call the plays unless forced to (i.e. ultimatum about his job).

I could see KM being fed up, but, reality is.. he got handed this job on a silver platter despite having no resume. Maybe he felt Fat Mike was starting to meddle too much. But he just traded one hot seat spot for another, because Staley is in the same spot as Mike as far as job security.

Both of y'all are right. We'll get all our answers next season about who was more at fault for this mess. I think Kellen is going to do well w/ that talent in LA and Dak will do better IF MM builds an offense better for his skillset. Deep down does anyone really believe Hurts is above and beyond better than Dak or is it a factor of him playing in an offense that better suits him. I don't think Dak should have ever been in an Air Coryell scheme.
