No its confirmed that Jamaica often at times has tested athletes for urine and not blood work. Its minor things like that that make people suspicious. Now this obviously doesn't apply to Usain Bolt because he is the most tested olympic athlete of all time and it was foreign countries in addition to Jamaica that tested Bolt so he got checked from everywhere. People are talking about the other Jamaicans who aren't as big. And don't forget years ago more than one person on Bolt's team tested positive for banned substance
