if you live in oakland
your city is the most irrelevant big city in the state, about to lose at least 1 sports team within the foreseeable future and it's being overtaken by the hipsters who think valencia and mission are too mainstream. oakland is becoming haight/valencia 
i can afford to live in this shyt hole just fine by why overpay when i can have a downtown LA condo/loft/apartment for half the cost.
fukk this placeSF black population has been shrinking since the 90s. matter of fact any race that isnt white or asian has been on the decline. black popuilation at 6% in SF.
in the big tech companies (twitter, google, fb etc) black ppl make up around 2-3% of the work force.
Not sure im in the East right now in a 2 bedroom for 1200 but it accepts Sec 8 and is far from where i work.

Ops smoking.. How is the east bay wack? Oakland, emeryville and Berkeley are better than SF.. SF doesn't even have mountains forests and lakes to hike in like the east bay plus we have better weather than SF.. We have bad bytches and cooler people .. SF is all hipsters .. Oakland has a better variety of people ..

You saying Oakland, emeryville and berkley are "better" than san francisco is absurd, tourists arent flying across the country to look at the strip mall in emeryville
or the many hippy shyt holes in berkley the only draws in oakland are the A's and warriors

yes the world class dining, museums and nightlife in emeryville make it better than san francisco. whens the last time u left the bay area

boring, uneventful, overpriced, nothing but a sea of chain stores and restaurants. everyone in the east bay is fukkin old too.
LA is
perpetual sunshine, bad bytches everywhere, low cost of living. i bet u think emeryville is better than LA too

LA is
SF is not a bigger city than Oakland.. Population wise but not area wise and Sf would be considered a town compared to bigger cities around the world like Mexico City where the population is 25 million or Paris or big cities in South America
