SF and NYC aren't comparable. SF doesnt crack 900k residents. NYC is over 8 mil. it's probably 20x as big, with more people, more restaurants, more everything. the variety of women you find in nyc u cant find in our entire state. the amount of high quality women, from every diff kind of racial/socioeconomic background is
and funny u mention the marina in SF, my cousins took me to the marina in nyc. man.. do yourself a favor and hit that shyt up whenever possible
and honestly ive seen hotter bytches on broadway plaza in walnut creek than i have in SF lately

and SF is 88% white and asian. the gentrification killed and is continuing to kill the diversity here. a city this size cant hold off gentrification like LA or NYC can... shyts gona be 90% white and chinese in 2 years tops



you're 100% right man. SF's downtown comes at a premium tho, 4500+ for a 600sq foot studio so u can walk to market and be greeted by the pungent scent of piss

LA's downtown has always been but the moment they get rid of the bums (which aren't half as bad as the bums in SF) and start opening more restaurants

I love the fukking bay

everytime I go any where else I get bored after a few days..

We take the bay for advantage it got a lot to offer, where else can you go to a rain forest, then hit the exploratorium (heard they remodeled this shyt), then get a bottle of henny with a girl chill at twin peaks n knock her down after??

we just dont do shyt like that tho (except maybe the last part )

I do disagree with San Francisco trying to shut down Broadway (they legit could of had a Vegas Strip going on there..) but it has lowered the crime rate on weekends a lot

but I dont see how you can say night life is weak, Oakland, San Francisco and San Jose have opened more clubs in the past year than they have closed (more options) AND these are NICE ass clubs too (vegas style but smaller obviously and with no pool). Oakland had literally 0 nightlife options from 2010-2013 except Kimballs and unless you was bout that life, I wouldnt even recommend that place to you... and now they got multiple nice ass clubs to go to..

we just scratch the surface of what the bay has to offer (money might have something to do with that..) Theres a million shyt to do in san francisco, oakland and san jose..

You gotta travel a lil bit too.. what if I told you the only real IMAX theatre in the bay out side of San Francisco is in Dublin ?? When the last time you been to Dublin?? If ever??

Speaking of the IMAX theatre in San Francisco, located in the Metreon, when the last time you went there with a girl and just chilled and kicked it? I used to cut school in high school to go to that shyt and was fun but even at 27 if you aint boring you can have fun there or any where..

If it's not Mexican women you want, LA only has slightly higher percentage of blacks. At least the Bay Area also has Pacific Islanders and Southeast Asians.

let me put it this way man
i was in ny in februray. it was 25 degrees out. i was freezing my dikk off, and there were people out EVERYWHERE. it was 2-3am and it was people everywhere. i ended up going to like 6 diff spots in manhattan and brooklyn before going to my cousins crib in queens. the subway was full of people at 3-4am. going places, coming from places... i have never in my entire life experienced that here. there is something to do everywhere 24/7. 90% of the bay area is dead after 8pm and 100% dead by 2am. it's depressing.
the vibe, the energy, the unlimited options... i come back to the bay area and its like a ghost town

Moving to the Bay changed my fukkin life.


I always tell people from the Bay you're spoiled and an idiot for leaving this place. Theres only 2 maybe 3, 4 areas that are comparable in North America so you better choose one of those.


But I also understand just leaving where you've always been. In fact It's weird to me that people live in the same area ALL their life.

Preach. These dudes have never seen a midwest winter or gone through town after town and they're all run down.

There's rough spots in California, but nothing like Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, etc.
