Jonah is a better actor ... Seth is funnier, imo

Yeah I'd agree with this. I couldn't see Rogen in Moneyball or Wolf of Wall Street but he did cowrite a lot of funny movies (Superbad, Pineapple Express, This Is the End) so he gets points for that.

I think it's two different acting personas to be honest.

Jonah in a sense used his early Comedy movies to really get his foot in the door for Dramas; "The Tom Hanks Syndrome". While Jonah can be funny, I don't see him as a comedic actor. His films will make more money in the long run.

Seth is a comedic actor, but I don't see him in the long run being a actor. I think he will start to move in the background, sort of like Harold Ramis, in the future and write/direct more movies than act. Unlike Jonah, I few Seth as a very, very creative mind... and I just don't see him acting a whole lot more as he gets older.

I see a consensus forming

What do you guys think of Seth's performance in Observe and Report?

I don't think he exactly played his typical role there. I remember when it came out, some people were saying it was a poor man's Taxi Driver
