I went off on the manager 1 to 1 and brought up the racism and legit told him that the dude ain’t safe off work grounds and I will catch him leaving the job. It took everything in me not to hide in the cut and up the 45 on dude as he drove away from the plant. It’s not over. I’m just waiting to see how the company handles it.



I mentioned it to the manager. He tried to play dumb like he didn’t know what mayate means.



He’s white. The Mexican has been with the company for 10 years. He started hating off the bat, asking how much I made and shyt.

PLEASE DO NOT TELL YOUR MANAGER OF YOUR PLANS TO BEAT UP ANOTHER COWORKER, ESPECIALLY IF HE IS WHITE.

And you will probably lose this job. Unless your white boss is EXTREMELY COOL, expect you, a NEW EMPLOYEE to be potentially relieved of your job.

Start documenting every racist interaction with your boss, and email communications with your manager. Dont fukk this up.

STOP TELLING you manager stuff and start WRITING DOWN. Email is best. Send him an email documenting your issues so its time stamped. Casual conversation is USELESS in the grand scheme of things.

I feel you, but at the same time this is a construction job and it attracts people fresh out, rough types, etc. My manager and the OG training me have seen people fist fight on the job and go right back to work. It’s par for the course out here. But in the future I’ll chill on letting dudes get me to that point. You’re right. I snapped.

NEVER let casual racist comments slide. Not saying confront but you should be DOCUMENTING everything and reporting to higher ups IMMEDIATELY. Documentation is key if you wanted to be paid out for having to work in a descriminatory workplace.

Start documenting EVERYTHING that occurs, especially in reference to racist comments by you direct supervisors.

I wasn't saying you were but in any job you'll find people trying to fukk you over for various reasons. Some folks on here love using their personal experiences to paint a whole swath of people with a broad brush. I got into an argument with my manager and he reduced my hours from 40-50 a week to 15. fukking up my money that I needed cuz my mom got fired and I was paying the bills. And he wouldn’t fire me so I could get workers comp. I paid 3 of my boys 300$ each and they beat the shyt out of him after closing the store. and broke all his car windows and wind shield, and slashed all his tires to his 2016 Benz. I made them all say a specific phrase while they were whipping his ass. When he came back to work a week later. I whispered it in his ear and said if you don’t fix my shyt it’ll happen again. fakkit changed the schedule the next day. He eventually left to another store

My sister is in Ft. Worth . She recently got a job in her career field again (Public Health) . Had an interview with a ese in Spanish to see if her bilingual was on point. She's been fluent for over a decade .
