nice lift.

if you are gonna sit back like that i'd suggest you rest the bar lower on your traps (powerlifting style) it seems like you have the bar up high(olympic style) but your body is moving more like a powerlifting squat.

you could go a little lower too, if you have the flexibility too. you're slightly above parallel

Deep squats works the gluteus maximus. What's the big deal? :yeshrug: Take a "non-homo" look at any player whose position is on the line in the NFL.

only tip i can give is, try to make the bar go straight down. Towards the bottom you start to lean forward shifting the weight onto your neck.

try to keep your shoulders more upright, and poke out your ass should fix it.

great advice, people underrate how strong back has to be to squat 4 plates. With 3 plates, you can get away with having strong legs, but 4 plates, if your back isn't strong(gawd status) and form isn't right you're in for some serious pain. I found myself leaning forward at times squatting 4 plates (parallel), which isn't good....
