405 lbs. I'm proud of myself but I could've went even higher tonight. :manny: I just chilled after that and did some clean and press. This was my 1st time going over 325. I think my form is pretty good, feel free to critique me tho.

Shout out to the random gym member that recorded it for me.

425 brehs! Wasn't planning on trying this so soon but I forgot my gym log at home so I said fukk. After I hit 405 I was going to jump straight to 425 but luckily common sense prevailed and I tried 415 1st. It felt real good so I decided to go for it. This bytch fought me this time so it took a lil struggle to get it up but I did :win:
One thing I noticed watching this vid is that my waist seems to be expanding :sadbron:

edit: Just read you were at 325 before this......how many were you repping 325 for before making the jump to 405 breh?

I was doing 5x5 and stopped once I got to 315. I only tried 325 once or twice for I think 2 sets of 5 at the most. Today was the 1st time I did squats since the 1st week in June cause my back was killing me.

The plan going in tonight was 315 5x5 but that shyt felt so good I decided to see what I could do and I still felt I could've done more. After 315 I tossed a 10 on each set, then another 10 then dropped those and put on 25s. Put a 10 back on next and when I did that I knew 405 was next. Honestly I think I stopped because I was just so happy I got it.

Next week tho....:takedat:

only tip i can give is, try to make the bar go straight down. Towards the bottom you start to lean forward shifting the weight onto your neck.

try to keep your shoulders more upright, and poke out your ass should fix it.
