Triple G fans in their feelings I see. Canelo was fighting at 154 in May 2016, became a 2 or 3 belt champion at 160 in September 18, then a 168 ‘regular’ champ in December 18. His contemporaries haven’t done anything similar Canelo’s a monster if you can’t see it IDK what to say Hopefully we see Jacobs in May then Triple G 3 in September, so we know Triple g at full health when he gets out to pasture.

Yup. I wouldn't even mind a Joshua Miller fight, if Big Baby would have beaten a guy like Jennings or Ortiz already. but dude literally being fast tracked to a title shot for no reason. He more known for just being heavy than anything else.

Second time a Charlo was his Mandatory

The WBC hasn’t ordered it...
As of now there are more similar level fighters he can fight.
Jacobs, GGG, Andrade, BJS, Charlo
There’s no consensus about which one of these he should prioritize and nobody stands out like that from them (Golovkin used to but idk about now)
Basically whatever which order he gonna fight them, at the end of the day he still gonna get called a ducker by fans of fighter x who are mad that he leaves the fight w x after fighting y...
Mostly Charlo, GGG and BJS fans though, Andrade and Jacobs don’t have a fanbase like that.

Yeah Korobov and Harrison are better opponents than Fielding imo but then again, it was a quick stay busy gimme fight for Canelo sandwiched between his usual September and May appearances, everyone knew that before and overall his resume can't be knocked, he fought some of the best fighters, I'd say only Pac has a better resume than him out of active fighters.

Ducking? He needs to fight real contenders instead of bullshyt like last night. Middleweights are stacked. Fight some fukking body...Jacobs..Charlo..Sanders. Do it.

There are issues with that resume..he definitely lost the Lara fight and the first GGG fight.

My point was he faced anyone, faced better opponents than all the dudes who ppl claim he’s ducking.

And he didn’t lose to Lara imo, a still green Canelo gave a prime Lara all he could handle and won a close fight on my cards. It’s ok if you had Lara but it was far from a clear loss.

And Lara was in his prime while Canelo being green. Overall Canelo > Lara
