There is a difference between using societal norms and constructs as a justification for racial injustice and using them to provide context before bm and bw interracial dating is erroneously called bothsame.

I never said anything about making it right, just, immutable. All I said was that social norms, constructs (racial dynamics, gender norms, etc) and partly biology (sex) provide context as to why they are not bothsame and should not be considered bothsame.

I could say "social constructs and norms should be challenged" and my overall point would still stand. It would not be in conflict. They have nothing to do with each other.
