As a male non professional athlete I'd like to say there's a distinction for a reason. The USWNT is better at soccer than the male team. If the men played the women in a serious competition I assure you theyd look like girls playing against men once the men get physical.

I admire female athlete, but they have no business competing with or being compared to men in some sports. Specifically full contact sports like football, soccer, basketball, MMA, etc.
